Double Major application for the Fall 2025 semester will be open from June 23, 2025, Monday till July 15, 2025, Tuesday.

Double Major Programs
The Department of Sociology offers double major programs to undergraduate students of the departments of History, Philosophy, Psychology, Political Science and International Relations, Law and Economics. For the Fall 2025 semester the quotas for each department are as follows: History: 1, Philosophy: 1, Psychology: 1, Political Science and International Relations: 2, Law: 1 and Economics: 2.
Requirements for Admission to Double Major Programs
a) Minimum 3.2 undergraduate G.P.A.(Grade Point Average) on a scale of four
b) Should have taken at least one Soc course and passed with a grade of AA
c) Statement of purpose, one page, in English.
d) Departmental Evaluation
