Two New International Research Projects by Şeyma Ayyıldız

1. The project, supported under the TÜBİTAK 2219 Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program, will be conducted at the Migration Studies Center at the University of Oxford. The research will examine the migration decisions, career strategies, and post-migration experiences of highly skilled migrant families in the United Kingdom within the context of gender and family life.

2. The other project will be carried out within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU program, coordinated by Boğaziçi University in collaboration with institutions from Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey. Focusing on the identity, belonging, and active citizenship experiences of migrant and diaspora youth, the project aims to enhance youth participation and empower spaces where they can express themselves.

Both projects will contribute to developing international academic cooperation in the fields of migration, gender, youth, and identity studies.
